Lavender Tihany products are made in the heart of Tihany, on the shores of a small Lake, where lavender is part of the landscape and nature still represents true value.
The Lavender Tihany Visitor Center is home to one of Hungary’s most modern lavender distilleries.
Combining state-of-the-art technology and traditional methods, this is where the high-purity, trademarked Tihany lavender oil that forms the basis of our natural cosmetics is produced.
Visitors can also learn about how the distillery works: they can gain insight into the process by which Tihany lavender is transformed into oil.
Our exhibition gives visitors an insight into the history of lavender in Tihany.
Our professional team consists of pharmacologists, pharmacists, soap and cosmetics makers, and enthusiastic and creative product development ladies.
In our laboratory,
our cosmetics and lavender products are made on site, with care and using only natural ingredients.
Our natural cosmetics, which support the balance of body and soul, are the result of long-term professional development.
We are proud that every single product is made in Tihany, in our own laboratory – transparently, in front of visitors, from the raw materials to the finished cream.
When designing the Laboratory, our goal was to preserve Tihany’s lavender tradition while also utilizing the possibilities of modern technology.
