Lavender Strawberry jam

Together with a farmer from the Balaton Highlands, we have created our jam, which is made by hand from the harvesting of the fruit to the labelling.

Slightly creamy, soft texture. This is because it is cooked for a relatively short period of time, in order to preserve the characteristic flavours of the fruit. There is also only enough added sugar to make the product enjoyable. Therefore, some compromise is necessary, so we have used a small amount of preservatives. Products are made this way to ensure safe storage and consumption.
